On Thursday 16 August, David Southwick presented the inaugural Caulfield District Victoria Volunteer Award to Annette Gladwin, a tireless volunteer for B’nah B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission. These awards acknowledge the many unsung heroes of the Caulfield community, who work tirelessly for a multitude of organisations.
“Volunteers are a vital part of all community groups, doing the hard yards to fundraise, run events and support their activities. These awards are a great way to recognise the men and women who support local groups,” David said.
“Since 1984, Annette Gladwin has been a tireless volunteer and shown her determination for every task, no matter how big or small.”
Annette Gladwin has continiously contributed with full heart and total committment to the aims and programs of ADC.
From small beginnings, Annettee has watched the ADC become one of the community’s most respected and valued community organisations.Annette has shown determination to help ADC continue its fight against anti-Semitism and the promotion of diversty.
