Carbon tax: Legislation

Mr SOUTHWICK -- Yesterday marked a sad day in Australian political history as the federal Gillard-Brown government's carbon tax passed through the Senate and became law. It is a tax that will not work, which is based on a lie and which will hit the hip pockets of all Victorians.
