Gilad Shalit's Return

Last Tuesday evening the Jewish community came together at an event organised by the Zionist Council of Victoria to watch Gilad Shalit return home to Israel after more than five years held in captivity in a historic prisoner exchange. I want to congratulate the Zionist Council of Victoria and the Jewish community of Melbourne, both of which advocated for Gilad's release. Welcome home, Gilad Shalit.
