Notice of Motion - Labor Water Windfall

I move that this House condemns the former Minister for Water, the Member for Lyndhurst, for his approval of a deal which provided a $7 million windfall to three former Labor MPs and calls on all members of the former Brumby Cabinet to declare whether they were in the room when this dodgy deal was done.
